SHIPPING POLICY

All stock is dispatched from our Brisbane facility, within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed.

If you purchased an item that is out of stock, we will communicate the estimated delivery time with you.

All sales over $100 have free freight within Australia. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Renaissance by Replique, we understand that finding the perfect hair piece is a personal journey. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your wig or topper arrives and the color or size isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit.

1. No Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, Renaissance by Replique does not offer cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or incorrect sizing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all returns will be issued via Store Credit (valid for 12 months) or a direct Exchange for a different item of equal value.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your wig or topper must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Original Condition: The piece must be in its original, factory-finish condition. It must not have been worn (except for a quick fit check over a wig cap), brushed, or styled.

  • Unaltered: The lace must not be cut. The hair must not be washed, colored, trimmed, or treated with any products.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in all original packaging, including hair nets, tags, and boxes.

  • Hygiene Standards: Any item that smells of perfume, smoke, or styling products, or shows signs of makeup or perspiration on the base/cap, will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
